RINSE INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP AND FINAL CONFERENCE

3 and 4 June 2025

Royal Palace of Caserta, Italy

 

The event will take place at the Royal Palace of Caserta on June 3rd and 4th, 2025 and will be structured into two sessions: the International Workshop on June 3rd and the Final Conference on June 4th.

  • High-level speakers from Belgium, France, Greece, and Italy will guide the participants to work on two case studies related to the mutual recognition procedure and freezing and confiscation measures.
  • Experts, institutional representatives, and legal professionals from across Europe will come together for a day of high-level discussion on judicial cooperation in criminal matters and the confiscation and management of criminal assets within the EU legal framework.

Selected participants will be entitled to reimbursement of their travel and accommodation costs for the duration of their stay in Caserta on June 3rd and 4th.

Who Can Participate:

  • The International Workshop is reserved for magistrates and lawyers from Belgium, France, Greece, and Italy with a specific interest in the subject, and the number of available spots is limited at 50 participants in total.
  • The Final Conference is open to a broader audience, including assets recovering and managing authorities, public administrators, national agencies, civil society organizations, policymakers, and researchers.
